Patients with heart-related conditions such as aortic stenosis, obstructive coronary artery disease, and congestive heart failure should use caution as rapid vasodilation may lead to hypotension. For patients with reduced kidney function, kidney function may worsen, thus regular monitoring is needed, and patients with impaired liver function should also be monitored closely. Common side effects during treatment include dizziness, headache, low blood pressure, swelling, dyspepsia, and skin rash; however, severe side effects have also been reported, so immediate consultation with healthcare professionals is necessary upon the onset of unusual symptoms. There is a possibility that this medication may be excreted in breast milk and cause side effects in infants, so it is recommended to either discontinue breastfeeding or stop taking the medication. Use in pediatric patients under 18 years is not recommended as safety and efficacy have not been established. For elderly patients, it is advisable to start with a low dose considering potential decline in kidney and liver function, and to monitor for adverse reactions during treatment.
