For skin, it alleviates pigmentation from sunlight or skin diseases like melasma or freckles and prevents bleeding such as gum bleeding or nosebleeds. It is also used to relieve symptoms of oral inflammation like angular cheilitis, cheilitis, stomatitis, and glossitis, as well as skin diseases such as eczema and dermatitis. Additionally, it is used for general tonics, thus providing broad support for health improvement. This medication is used for overall enhancement of physical strength and improvement of skin health.

Precautions
This medication should not be taken by patients with hypercalcemia, sarcoidosis (a systemic inflammatory disease of unknown cause), or those with kidney disease. Those who are allergic to any components included in this medication should also refrain from taking it. Individuals under 12 months of age, those with kidney stones, and those with severe renal dysfunction should not use this medicine. Additionally, this medication contains lactose, so individuals with hereditary lactose intolerance should avoid taking it. It is advisable not to take phosphate, calcium salts, oral tetracyclines, antacids, or drugs like levodopa while using this medication. Infants under one year of age, patients receiving medical treatment, children exposed to sunlight with a normal diet, individuals with hyperoxaluria, pregnant women or those who may become pregnant, breastfeeding mothers, preterm infants, infants, individuals with heart or circulatory diseases, those with renal issues, individuals with hypoproteinemia, patients taking cardiac glycosides, and those with gout or kidney stones should consult a physician, dentist, or pharmacist before using this medication. If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, loss of appetite, abdominal distension, constipation, low blood pressure, facial flushing, irregular heartbeat, skin rash, red spots, cardiac arrest, or central nervous system dysfunction occur during use, immediately discontinue and consult a professional. Long-term high-dose use may lead to tolerance, and prolonged intake of pyridoxine beyond 500 mg per day can cause neurological issues. Moreover, exceeding a certain dose of vitamin B12 may cause hematological adverse reactions, so caution is necessary. High doses may manifest as nausea, vomiting, gastrointestinal issues, hypernatremia, congestive heart failure, and edema; thus, caution is warranted. Prolonged use may result in hypercalcemia or stone formation. Co-administration with anti-aldosterone agents or triamterene may raise blood potassium levels, so caution is necessary. If overdosed, or if symptoms do not improve after a month, consult a professional. It is essential to adhere to prescribed methods and dosages, and when administered to children, supervision by a guardian is necessary. It is recommended to consult a physician or pharmacist during use, as this medication may affect blood glucose test results in urine tests. Avoid drinking tea containing tannins, such as green tea or black tea before and after taking this medication. Store this medication out of reach of children, in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, in an airtight container. Furthermore, do not transfer to another container to maintain quality.
