This medication is used to treat myocardial ischemia caused by hypertension, stable angina, and variant angina. Additionally, it helps reduce the risk of hospitalization for angina in patients recently diagnosed with coronary heart disease through angiography, who do not have heart failure or have more than 40% ejection fraction, as well as reduces the risks associated with coronary artery revascularization. It is effectively used in the management and treatment of cardiovascular diseases through these efficacies.
