Colinal Tablets (Choline Alphoscerate)

Adult dose

Administer choline alfoscerate 400 mg orally 2～3 times daily. Adjust the dose as appropriate according to symptoms.

This medicine should not be used by individuals who are allergic to this medicine or any of its components. It is also safe for women who are pregnant or may become pregnant to avoid taking this medicine. When taking this medicine, nausea may occur due to its influence on the neurotransmitter dopamine. If symptoms such as nausea arise, the dosage should be reduced. Additionally, this medicine may cause gastritis or other gastric disorders, so caution regarding stomach health is necessary. Psychological drowsiness or difficulty sleeping may occur, and sometimes anger or irritability may increase; in severe cases, seizures or excessive motor activity may occur. This medicine should be stored in a place out of reach of children, and it is important to keep it in its original container, as transferring the medication to another container may cause accidents and reduce the drug's effectiveness.
