Adult administration

For severe cases, administer 600-1200mg daily by intramuscular injection or intravenous drip. For treatment over several days or in mild cases, administer 300-600mg daily by intramuscular injection or intravenous drip.

This medication may rarely cause severe allergic reactions such as anaphylaxis; therefore, the patient's condition should be closely monitored during administration. If symptoms such as facial pallor, hypotension, or irregular pulse occur, administration should be stopped immediately. In addition, rare hypersensitivity reactions such as skin rashes may occur, and use should be discontinued if such symptoms arise. It may affect the digestive system, leading to decreased appetite, as well as nausea, vomiting, and abdominal pain, so these symptoms should also be carefully observed. This medication should be dissolved before administration and used immediately after dissolution without delay. When administering by intramuscular injection, care should be taken to avoid nerves or blood vessels when selecting the injection site, and during repeated administration, different sites should be used to avoid injecting into the same area. Particular caution is needed when administering to children or pediatric patients. Store in a secure location out of reach of children, and do not transfer the medication to another container after removing it from its original container. The medication should be kept in its original container and the lid tightly closed to maintain its quality and prevent misuse.
