Silver Seren Tablets (Choline Alphoscerate)

Adult dose

Administer 400 mg of choline alfoscerate orally 2～3 times daily. Adjust the dose as appropriate according to symptoms.

This drug should not be used by individuals who are allergic to this drug or its components. Additionally, it is safer for women who are pregnant or may become pregnant to avoid taking this medication. Nausea may occur while taking this medication, which may be related to the action of dopamine in the brain; if symptoms are severe, the dosage should be reduced. Since it may affect the digestive system, caution is needed as gastritis or gastrointestinal diseases may occur. Psychologically, symptoms such as drowsiness, insomnia, irritability, or nervousness may arise, and in severe cases, seizures or excessive motor activity may occur. This medication should be kept out of reach of children, and it is important to store it in its original container as transferring it to another container may alter its quality or lead to accidents.
