Precautions

This medicine may cause gastrointestinal bleeding if taken by individuals who regularly consume more than three alcoholic drinks per day, so consultation with a physician or pharmacist is essential. This medication can pose risks to the cardiovascular system, so individuals at risk for heart disease or stroke should exercise extra caution and discontinue use if symptoms such as chest pain or shortness of breath occur. Patients with a history of ulcers or bleeding in the gastrointestinal tract or the elderly should be careful as using this medication may exacerbate gastrointestinal bleeding or ulcers. This medication can rarely cause severe allergic reactions on the skin; if symptoms such as rash or mucosal damage occur, use should be immediately discontinued. Patients with weak kidney or liver function may experience worsened function when using this medication, thus regular check-ups are necessary. Women planning pregnancy or those who are pregnant should avoid using this medication, as it may reduce fertility and can be harmful to the fetus. This medication should not be taken by individuals allergic to aspirin or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, or those with gastrointestinal bleeding or ulcers, and patients with severe liver or kidney disease. Elderly individuals or those with risk factors such as cardiovascular disease, hypertension, or diabetes must closely monitor their cardiovascular and kidney functions while taking this medication. Due to numerous drug interactions, especially with anticoagulants, lithium, methotrexate, diuretics, and antihypertensive agents, consultation with a physician is mandatory if these medications are being used. This medication should not be used during pregnancy, as it increases the risk of fetal cardiac defects or kidney disorders, and it is also safest not to use while breastfeeding. In case of overdose, symptoms such as drowsiness, nausea, vomiting, and gastrointestinal bleeding can occur, and in severe cases, it may lead to cardiac arrest or coma, necessitating immediate hospital treatment. This medication should only be taken in the minimum effective dose and for the shortest duration necessary; if any abnormal symptoms arise during use, consultation with healthcare professionals should occur immediately. Keep this medication out of reach of children, and store it in its original container to maintain quality.
