It assists in the treatment and prevention of recurrence in patients with duodenal ulcers and peptic ulcers infected with Helicobacter pylori. This medication is also used for the treatment of gastrointestinal symptoms related to the use of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), the treatment of gastric ulcers, and the prevention of gastric and duodenal ulcers. Furthermore, it is applied to the treatment of Zollinger-Ellison syndrome and maintenance therapy to prevent rebleeding of gastric or duodenal ulcers after intravenous injections. Overall, this medicine effectively improves various gastrointestinal disorders and ulcer diseases.
