This medication is used for the treatment of gastric ulcers and duodenal ulcers, helping to improve erosive or ulcerative gastroesophageal reflux disease. It also alleviates symptoms of gastroesophageal reflux disease and is effective for long-term maintenance therapy. For patients with gastrointestinal ulcers infected with Helicobacter pylori, it enhances the treatment effect when used in combination with antibiotics, and it is also applicable in the treatment of Zollinger-Ellison syndrome. It is widely used to improve various diseases of the stomach and esophagus.

How to take

Adult dose

  • pancytopenia, agranulocytosis, thrombocytopenia, hemolytic anemia, increased ALT, AST, ALP, γ-GTP, LDH, diarrhea, constipation, abdominal pain, abdominal distension, indigestion, belching, nausea, oral ulcers, dysphagia, gingivitis, cholecystitis.
