Patients who regularly consume more than three glasses of alcohol daily should consult a doctor or pharmacist before use. There is a risk of gastrointestinal bleeding if taken with alcohol. This medication may pose a risk to the cardiovascular system. Individuals with serious cardiovascular issues such as myocardial infarction or stroke should be particularly cautious. Cardiovascular symptoms should be monitored closely during treatment, and immediate action should be taken if symptoms occur. This medication can cause serious gastrointestinal issues such as gastrointestinal bleeding, ulcers, or perforation. Older individuals or those with a history of gastrointestinal problems should be especially careful and monitor for gastrointestinal symptoms during treatment. Any unusual symptoms should be reported to a healthcare provider immediately. Patients with gastrointestinal ulcers or bleeding, severe liver or kidney impairment, severe heart failure, or hypertension should not take this medication. Additionally, those allergic to this medication or with a history of asthma should avoid it. It is advisable not to take this medication concurrently with aspirin or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, as this may increase the risk of gastrointestinal bleeding and reduce the efficacy of the medication. It should also not be taken with high doses of methotrexate. During treatment, breastfeeding should be avoided, and caution is needed while driving or operating machinery due to possible dizziness or fatigue. Long-term high-dose use may lead to headaches. Patients with blood disorders, bleeding tendencies, liver or kidney disease, heart failure, hypertension, a history of hypersensitivity, the elderly, and children (over 6 years) must consult a healthcare professional before use. There may also be interactions with other medications, so patients should inform their doctor about other medications they are taking. If symptoms of shock, blood disorders, severe gastrointestinal symptoms, skin rashes, hypersensitivity, liver dysfunction, kidney issues, cardiovascular problems, or neurological symptoms occur during treatment, the medication should be stopped immediately and a healthcare provider should be consulted. This medication should be used for the shortest duration and lowest dose necessary, and regular monitoring is required for chronic conditions or long-term use. Furthermore, this medication is not a cure but rather may help alleviate symptoms, necessitating concurrent treatment for the underlying cause. During pregnancy, especially after 6 months, this medication may harm the fetus, so women who are pregnant or planning to become pregnant should consult a healthcare provider before use. In case of overdose, immediate medical attention should be sought even if there are no symptoms, and the medication should be kept out of reach of children and stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
