It is also used for several painful conditions such as bursitis, muscle sprains or strains, postoperative pain, migraines, and post-extraction pain. This drug helps to relieve inflammation, reduce pain, and improve the function of joints and surrounding tissues. Therefore, it is useful for managing various joint and musculoskeletal diseases and pain.

How to take

Adult dose

Rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis: Administer 250-500 mg of naproxen orally twice a day (every 12 hours). Acute gout: Administer 750 mg orally as a loading dose, then 250 mg orally every 8 hours until the attack subsides. Skeletal muscle disorders, postoperative pain, post-extraction pain, dysmenorrhea, tendinitis, bursitis: Administer 500 mg orally as a loading dose, then give 250 mg every 6-8 hours.
