Precautions

This medication can cause serious harm to the fetus when taken during the second and third trimesters of pregnancy, so it should be discontinued immediately upon confirmation of pregnancy. It should not be used in patients with allergies to the active ingredients or similar drugs, in pregnant or nursing women, patients with severe kidney or liver disease, or those with certain heart conditions. Patients with low sodium or fluid levels in the body may experience hypotension, so their condition should be carefully assessed prior to administration and should be done under medical supervision. Patients with high potassium levels or those taking medications that can increase potassium levels should have their potassium levels monitored frequently. In patients with renal vascular issues or those who have received kidney transplants, caution should be observed due to the risk of worsening renal function. If symptoms of angioedema occur, use should be discontinued immediately, and it should not be readministered. Patients with heart failure or those recovering from a myocardial infarction should closely monitor their cardiac condition while taking this medication, and acute myocardial infarction patients also require careful observation. This medication should be used with caution or in reduced doses in patients with poor liver function. Dizziness or fatigue may occur while taking this medication, so caution is needed when driving or operating machinery. When taken with other antihypertensive agents, potassium supplements, diuretics, or anti-inflammatory drugs, there may be an increased risk of side effects due to interactions, so consult with a physician. This medication is not recommended for patients under the age of 18 as safety and efficacy have not been adequately established. In case of overdose, severe hypotension or heart function deterioration may occur, so if abnormal symptoms arise, immediate medical attention should be sought.
