Adult dose
1. Rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis: Take 250 mg to 500 mg of Nafroxen orally twice daily (every 12 hours). 2. Acute gout: Take an initial dose of 750 mg of Nafroxen orally and follow up with 250 mg orally every 8 hours until the attack resolves. 3. Muscular disorders, postoperative pain, pain after tooth extraction, dysmenorrhea, tendinitis, bursitis: Initial dose of 500 mg of Nafroxen orally, followed by 250 mg every 6 to 8 hours. Do not exceed a total daily dose of 1,250 mg. 4. Migraine: Take an initial dose of 750 mg of Nafroxen orally. If needed, additional doses of 250 mg to 500 mg may be taken on the same day, administering the additional dose 30 minutes after the initial dose. Do not exceed a total daily dose of 1,250 mg. Adjust according to age and symptoms.

How to take

Adult dose

This medication can cause various side effects such as hypersensitivity, gastrointestinal bleeding, blood disorders, liver dysfunction, kidney impairment, neurological abnormalities, and skin rashes, so if symptoms occur, use should be discontinued immediately, and consultation with a physician is necessary. Interactions

Drug interactions

Do not take this medication with other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or Nafroxen derivatives. Avoid concurrent use with hydantoin antiepileptics, sulfonamides, sulfonylurea-based hypoglycemics, propranolol and other beta-blockers, ACE inhibitors (such as captopril), loop and thiazide diuretics, probenecid, aspirin, lithium, methotrexate, coumarin anticoagulants (such as warfarin), zidovudine, and quinolone antibiotics (such as enoxacin).
