For rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, soft tissue injuries, non-joint rheumatic diseases, acute gout, psoriatic arthritis: Take 200-600mg orally 3-4 times a day, with a maximum daily dose of 3200mg. For mild to moderate pain and cold: Take 200-400mg orally 3-4 times a day. For migraine: Take 200-400mg orally, ensuring not to exceed 400mg within 24 hours.
Children's dosage
For inflammatory rheumatic arthritis: Administer 30-40mg per kg of body weight divided into 3-4 oral doses daily.

This medication is effective for fever and pain due to colds, as well as low back pain, menstrual pain, various forms of rheumatoid arthritis, and degenerative joint diseases such as osteoarthritis. It is also used to relieve pain after surgery. Additionally, it helps with common pains such as headaches, migraines, toothaches, as well as muscle pain and neuralgia. Furthermore, it can be used for ankylosing spondylitis, acute gout, psoriatic arthritis, soft tissue injuries (sprains, contusions), and various non-joint rheumatic diseases. It is used to alleviate various types of pain and inflammation.

Dosage and Administration

Adult dosage

For rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, soft tissue injuries, non-joint rheumatic diseases, acute gout, psoriatic arthritis: Take 200-600mg orally 3-4 times a day, with a maximum daily dose of 3200mg. For mild to moderate pain and cold: Take 200-400mg orally 3-4 times a day. For migraine: Take 200-400mg orally, ensuring not to exceed 400mg within 24 hours.

Children's dosage

For inflammatory rheumatic arthritis: Administer 30-40mg per kg of body weight divided into 3-4 oral doses daily.

Precautions

People who regularly consume more than three alcoholic beverages a day are at risk of gastrointestinal bleeding when taking this medication, so they should consult a doctor or pharmacist. Those with heart or vascular diseases, or risk factors, should be cautious as long-term use of this medication can lead to cardiovascular issues such as myocardial infarction or stroke. Individuals with a history of ulcers or bleeding in the gastrointestinal tract, elderly patients, or those taking it for an extended period should use this medication carefully, as they may have an increased risk of severe gastrointestinal problems such as bleeding, ulcers, or perforation. Those with gastrointestinal ulcers, bleeding, severe liver dysfunction, kidney impairment, severe heart failure, or hypertension should avoid taking this medication. Those who are allergic to any component of this medication or have had a hypersensitivity reaction to aspirin or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) should also avoid it. During the late stages of pregnancy, this medication should not be taken as it may affect the fetus. Those receiving high doses of methotrexate during cancer treatment should also avoid this medication. This medication should not be taken in excess of the recommended dosage, and it should be avoided in combination with other NSAIDs. Breastfeeding individuals should stop breastfeeding or discontinue the medication, as it may be transmitted through breast milk and cause adverse reactions in the baby. Those with a history of blood disorders, liver impairment, kidney impairment, heart disease, hypertension, etc., should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. Taking this medication with aspirin may reduce the cardiovascular protective effect of aspirin and increase the risk of gastrointestinal bleeding, so caution is needed. In addition, there may be interactions with certain medications, so if you are taking other medications, you should consult an expert. If severe allergic reactions, gastrointestinal bleeding, skin rashes, liver dysfunction, difficulty breathing, or kidney dysfunction occur during use, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional. This medication should be taken at the minimum dosage necessary for the required duration, and regular blood tests and liver function tests should be performed during long-term use. Particularly after 20 weeks of pregnancy, this medication may affect fetal kidney function, so care should be taken, such as checking amniotic fluid levels via ultrasound during use. This medication should be kept out of reach of children and stored sealed in its original container to maintain the quality of the drug.

Hives, severe swelling (edema), chest tightness, difficulty breathing, cold sweat, pallor, severe rash accompanied by high fever, blisters, peeling skin, pain in the mucous membranes of the mouth/eyes, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, asthma attack, respiratory complications accompanied by cough + fever, jaundice (yellowing of skin or eyes), extreme fatigue, sudden and severe headache, lightning headache, seizures, confusion, visual disturbances, paralysis, urination.

Interactions

Drug interactions

Do not take this medication concurrently with other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, low-dose aspirin, or high-dose methotrexate. Consult your doctor or pharmacist when taking it alongside ACE inhibitors, lithium, furosemide and thiazide diuretics, low-dose methotrexate, anticoagulants of the coumarin type (such as warfarin), or selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors.

Storage
