Effectiveness in treating chronic polyarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis (arthrosis, ankylosing spondylitis) and alleviation of painful swelling
This drug is effective for various joint diseases such as chronic polyarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, arthrosis, and ankylosing spondylitis. It is also helpful in alleviating pain, swelling, and inflammation caused by trauma or surgery. Additionally, it can assist in the treatment of infections that are accompanied by inflammation, pain, and fever. It is used to improve various inflammatory diseases and pain.
Adults: Take 300 mg of dexibuprofen orally, 2 to 4 times daily. However, do not exceed 1,200 mg of dexibuprofen in one day.
This medication may cause gastric bleeding in individuals who regularly consume more than three drinks per day, so it is important to consult with a physician or pharmacist. This drug can affect the cardiovascular system and may increase the risk of serious thrombotic events such as myocardial infarction or stroke; therefore, individuals with cardiovascular diseases or risk factors should review use with caution before taking it. This drug may cause serious adverse reactions such as gastrointestinal bleeding, ulcers, and perforation, especially in elderly patients or those on long-term therapy; careful monitoring of gastrointestinal symptoms during treatment is necessary. Individuals with a history of gastrointestinal ulcers or bleeding, or with severe liver or kidney impairment, heart failure, hypertension, or asthma, should avoid taking this medication for safety. Co-administration with aspirin or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs may increase the risk of gastrointestinal bleeding and reduce the effectiveness of the medication, so it should be avoided. During treatment, breastfeeding should be discontinued or discussed with a physician, and caution is needed when driving or operating machinery due to possible dizziness or fatigue. Individuals with blood disorders, liver impairment, kidney impairment, hypertension, heart failure, or a history of allergies must consult with healthcare providers before use, and special consideration should be given to using the minimum dose in the elderly or children. This drug can interact with various medications; therefore, if other medications are being taken, it is vital to inform and consult with a physician or pharmacist. If severe allergic reactions, skin rashes, gastrointestinal symptoms, liver dysfunction, kidney function decline, or neurological changes occur during treatment, discontinue use immediately and consult healthcare providers. Use should be avoided during pregnancy, particularly after 6 months, as it may affect the fetus; women in early pregnancy or planning to become pregnant should consult with a specialist before use. In cases of overdose, even if there are no symptoms, seek medical care promptly for appropriate treatment. It should be stored out of the reach of children, kept in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Hives, severe swelling, chest tightness, difficulty breathing, cold sweat, pale skin, high fever with severe rash, blisters, skin peeling, pain in mucous membranes of mouth/eyes, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, asthma attack, breathing difficulties accompanied by cough and fever, jaundice (yellowing of skin or eyes), extreme fatigue, sudden and very severe headache, thunderclap headache, seizures, altered consciousness, visual disturbances, paralysis, decreased urine output

Do not take this medication with aspirin or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. Do not take this medication with high doses of methotrexate used in chemotherapy (15 mg/week or more). This drug may interact with corticosteroids, alcohol, digoxin, phenytoin, probenecid, sulfinpyrazone, sulfonylureas, ACE inhibitors, angiotensin II receptor antagonists, diuretics, lithium, and coumarin anticoagulants.
This medication should be stored in a tightly closed container to avoid exposure to air or moisture. Additionally, it is important to keep it at room temperature between 1°C and 30°C to maintain its effectiveness.
