How to apply

Adult use

Apply an appropriate amount to the affected area 1-2 times a day and adjust appropriately based on symptoms. This medication is a highly potent corticosteroid, so it should not be used for continuous treatment of more than 2 weeks or exceed 50g (50mL liquid) in one week.

Precautions

This medication should not be used in patients with skin infections caused by bacteria, fungi, viruses, or animals, as it may worsen conditions. Patients with allergies or hypersensitivity to this drug or its ingredients should not use it. Caution is advised in patients with eczematous otitis externa who have perforations in the eardrum, as healing may be delayed. Avoid use on areas with ulcers, severe burns, or frostbite, and it is also not suitable for patients with scalp infections, perioral dermatitis, common acne, or rosacea. This medication should not be used in patients with anal or genital itching and in infants under 24 months. Women who are pregnant or may become pregnant, nursing mothers, children, the elderly, and those with liver dysfunction or diabetes should use this medication with extra caution. This medication contains propylene glycol, and caution is needed for those allergic to this ingredient. When using this medication, skin infections may occur, so if symptoms appear, discontinue use immediately and seek appropriate treatment. Long-term use or use over large areas may cause thinning of the skin, pigment changes, and side effects like acne, therefore caution is advised. Also, excessive use or prolonged usage may affect the body systemically and disrupt hormone balance, so it is important to adhere to the prescribed period and amount. When using near the eyes, care must be taken not to let it enter the eyes; there is a risk of increased intraocular pressure or the development of cataracts, so caution is needed. Use during pregnancy may affect the fetus, so it should only be used after consulting a doctor and for the minimum amount and duration necessary. When breastfeeding, the medication may be transferred through breast milk, so it should not be applied directly to the nipple or breast area, and the area of use should be minimized. Children and the elderly may be particularly sensitive to side effects, so monitoring should be done carefully under a physician's guidance. Excessive use may lead to symptoms of hormone excess, so do not arbitrarily increase the amount used without a doctor's supervision. This medication is not for ophthalmic use, so it should be kept away from the eyes and ideally not used for purposes other than treatment. After use, wash hands thoroughly to avoid contact with other areas. Finally, store this medication out of reach of children, and keep it in its original container to maintain quality.
