Temporary relief of pain from hemorrhoids, mild burns, etc.
This medication temporarily alleviates pain caused by hemorrhoids and is also effective in relieving pain from minor burns, sunburns, trauma, and puncture wounds. It is primarily used when there is pain due to skin irritation or wounds. It helps provide temporary pain relief for these symptoms, reducing discomfort in daily life.
Apply an appropriate amount according to symptoms. The maximum daily dosage should not exceed 20g (1,000mg of lidocaine).
This medication should not be used in patients with hypersensitivity to amide local anesthetics or those with secondary infections at the site of application. It should be used with caution in patients with wounds or mucosal injuries at the application site, those with sepsis, patients with epilepsy, those with cardiac conduction disorders or bradycardia, patients with impaired liver function, and those with severe shock symptoms. This medication contains propylene glycol, so caution is necessary for those with allergies or hypersensitivity reactions to this ingredient. During use, symptoms of shock such as hypotension, facial pallor, abnormal pulse, and respiratory depression may occur, so patients should be closely monitored and if such symptoms arise, use should be immediately discontinued and appropriate treatment should be sought. It may affect the central nervous system, potentially causing symptoms such as tremors, seizures, drowsiness, dizziness, nervous irritability, or loss of consciousness, requiring careful observation. If any unusual symptoms occur, use should be discontinued immediately and necessary steps taken. Symptoms of cardiac function suppression, including hypotension, cardiac muscle suppression, bradycardia, or cardiac arrest may also occur, so caution is needed for these symptoms. Use must be immediately discontinued if there is any irritation or hypersensitivity reaction during administration. This medication is intended for use on lesions with mild symptoms only and should not be used for prolonged periods. When used in conjunction with antiarrhythmic drugs, adverse reactions may be exacerbated, so caution is advised when used together. Women who are pregnant or may become pregnant should only use this medication if the benefits of treatment outweigh the risks, as its safety has not been established. This medication may be partially transmitted through breast milk; however, it is known that there is no significant risk to the baby at therapeutic doses. Lastly, this medication is not suitable for ophthalmic use and should not be applied to the eyes.
Shock, loss of consciousness

This medication should be stored in a tightly sealed container to prevent air and moisture exposure and should be kept at room temperature between 1 to 30 degrees Celsius. Storing it this way will help to maintain the efficacy of the medication for a longer period.
