This medication helps alleviate physical fatigue through the supplementation of Vitamins E, B1, and B6, and assists in maintaining health in pregnant and breastfeeding women, as well as during periods of physical decline and old age. It also alleviates symptoms of peripheral circulation disorders and menopausal symptoms such as stiffness in the shoulders and neck, and numbness and coldness in the hands and feet. It is effective for pain such as neuralgia, muscle pain, joint pain, as well as for oral inflammation including angular cheilitis, cheilitis, stomatitis, and glossitis, and for skin symptoms such as eczema and dermatitis. Additionally, it helps improve fatigue of the eyes. Magnesium supplementation is required for muscle cramps due to magnesium deficiency, and thus this medication is effectively used for relief of muscle cramps and general enhancement of physical strength and alleviation of various symptoms.

How to take

Adult dose

Adolescents 12 years and older and adults take 1 capsule twice a day.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by individuals with allergic reactions to specific ingredients, infants under 12 months old, patients with severe renal failure, or those allergic to soybean oil, beans, or peanuts. Patients with dyslipidemia, diabetic dyslipidemia, pancreatitis, or those with allergies to the ingredient Tartrazine included in this medication should use it with caution. It is advisable not to take other medications such as phosphates, calcium salts, tetracycline antibiotics, antacids, and drugs like levodopa concurrently with this medication. Individuals receiving treatment from a physician, pregnant women or those who may become pregnant, breastfeeding women, patients with heart or kidney problems, and those with hypoalbuminemia should consult a healthcare professional before taking this medication. If gastrointestinal discomfort, diarrhea, rash, nausea, arrhythmia, or central nervous system symptoms occur during use, discontinue the medication immediately and consult a healthcare professional. Additionally, side effects such as changes in menstruation, increased risk of thrombosis, nerve damage, gastrointestinal symptoms, edema, and hyperkalemia may occur, so caution is necessary. Patients at risk of fat overload should regularly check blood lipid levels, and if taking other lipid-lowering medications simultaneously, adjust dietary lipid intake. Follow the prescribed usage and dosage carefully, and it is advisable to avoid consuming tea containing tannins, such as green tea or black tea, before and after taking the medication. Finally, store this medication out of reach of children, away from direct sunlight, in a cool place with low humidity, and do not transfer it to another container to maintain its quality.

Gastrointestinal discomfort, diarrhea, constipation, rash, erythema (redness due to congestion), nausea, vomiting, loose stools, red spots, early or heavier menstrual flow, prolonged bleeding, gastrointestinal symptoms such as nausea and vomiting, congestive heart failure, edema (swelling)
