Precautions

This medication may cause serious harm to the fetus if taken during pregnancy, especially in the second and third trimesters. If pregnancy is confirmed, it must be stopped immediately. Women who may become pregnant or who are pregnant should not use this medication, and if pregnancy is discovered while taking it, they should consult a doctor immediately. Use is prohibited in patients with liver or kidney dysfunction, hereditary angioedema, or certain lactose intolerance. Caution is advised when using this medication in elderly patients, patients with elevated serum potassium levels, and those with liver impairment, requiring regular blood tests and monitoring. This medication lowers blood pressure, so patients at risk of hypotension or renal failure should be cautious during use and report any symptoms immediately. The risk of side effects may increase when combined with other antihypertensives or potassium-sparing diuretics, so consultation with a doctor is essential. Sudden dizziness or loss of consciousness may occur while taking this medication, so caution should be exercised when driving or operating machinery. In cases of overdose, low blood pressure and cardiac arrhythmias may occur, necessitating immediate medical attention. This medication is not to be used in children, particularly in those under 6 years of age or children with severely impaired kidney function. Any unusual symptoms or discomfort should be reported immediately, and women who are pregnant or planning to become pregnant should consult a doctor.
