Precautions

This medication contains chlorhexidine and should not be used by individuals allergic to this ingredient. Avoid direct use on critical areas such as the brain, spinal cord, eyes, and ears, as it may cause hearing loss or neurological disorders. Use should be avoided on mucous membranes, especially genital mucosa, due to potential irritation. Safety has not been established in infants under 2 months, and usage should be avoided. Individuals with a history of allergies to other medications, asthma, or allergic diseases, or with a family history of such, must consult a specialist before use. Caution is necessary when using widely on injured skin or immature skin as the risk of systemic side effects may increase. If symptoms of allergy such as skin rash, itching, or redness occur during use, discontinue immediately and consult a professional. Severe allergic reactions or anaphylactic shock may occur, so if nausea, dizziness, or breathing difficulties arise, stop using immediately and seek medical assistance. This medication should be used externally only; serious side effects may occur if ingested or injected by mistake, requiring immediate hospital attention. Avoid contact with eyes; if contact occurs, wash thoroughly with clean water immediately. Be careful not to inhale vapors when used over a long time or over large areas. Not suitable for disinfecting surgical instruments, and should not be used for that purpose. This medication contains alcohol and is flammable; avoid using near flames or heat sources. The skin should be cleaned with soap or detergent before application to avoid reducing efficacy. Cotton or cloth soaked with the solution should be replaced with a new solution to maintain sufficient concentration. Ensure the skin is completely dry before using electrical equipment.
