This medication is used for epithelial disorders of the conjunctiva caused by endogenous factors such as Sjögren's syndrome, Stevens-Johnson syndrome, and dry eye syndrome, as well as exogenous epithelial disorders occurring after surgery, from medications, trauma, or due to contact lens wear.
For both 0.1% and 0.3% formulations, instill 1 drop 5 to 6 times a day. Adjust the dosage as appropriate based on symptoms. Generally, the 0.1% formulation is used, and if there is insufficient effect in severe conditions, the 0.3% formulation is administered.
