Adult dosage

1/2 - 1 tablet, once daily

This medication should not be taken by patients with hormone-dependent tumors, pregnant women, or nursing mothers. This drug contains the pigment Yellow No. 5, so patients who are allergic to this ingredient or have had hypersensitivity reactions should take it with caution. Taking this medication with hormone drugs may lead to interactions, thus, it should not be taken alongside hormones such as estrogen, progesterone, or androgen. Additionally, taking it with H2 inhibitors or proton pump inhibitors, which suppress stomach acid secretion, may reduce the effectiveness of this drug. Caution is also needed when used in conjunction with coumarin anticoagulants like warfarin. The main ingredient of this drug, isoflavones, may be transmitted through breast milk, so it should not be taken while breastfeeding. Generally, there are no significant side effects like weight gain observed from taking this medication for 12 weeks; however, rare side effects such as migraines, diarrhea, rashes, acne, and muscle pain may occur. When storing, keep it in a sealed container protected from direct sunlight at a temperature between 1 to 30 degrees Celsius, and ensure it is out of reach of children. Also, to maintain the quality of the medication, do not transfer it to another container and be careful not to misuse it.
