Laxative Tablets

Adult dose

Ages 15 years and older: 3 tablets once a day at bedtime (on an empty stomach). However, for the first dose, take the minimum amount and gradually increase or decrease based on the shape and condition of the stool.

Child dose

Ages 11 years to less than 15 years: 2 tablets once a day at bedtime (on an empty stomach). However, for the first dose, take the minimum amount and gradually increase the dosage, monitoring the shape and condition of the stool.

This medicine should not be taken by patients with acute abdominal diseases or intestinal obstruction, and by children under the age of 7. Additionally, as this medication contains lactose, individuals with genetic lactose intolerance should avoid taking it. When taking this medicine, do not consume antacids or milk together, and maintain at least a 1-hour interval. Women who experience severe abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, or are pregnant or may become pregnant should consult a healthcare professional before taking this medication. Individuals taking other medications or those on a sodium-restricted diet, as well as those with a history of rectal bleeding or bowel failure, should also consult a healthcare professional. If any unusual symptoms such as rash, redness, itching, severe abdominal pain, diarrhea, or vomiting occur during use, stop taking the medicine immediately and consult a healthcare professional. If constipation does not improve for more than a week or if abdominal discomfort or cramps develop, discontinue use and seek advice. Adhere to the prescribed dosage and administration, and administer to children under the supervision of a guardian. It is advisable for children under 10 years old to avoid taking this medicine if possible. This medicine should not be chewed and must be swallowed, and prolonged use can lead to tolerance and worsening constipation, so do not use for more than one week continuously. Store out of reach of children, away from direct sunlight, in a cool, dry place in a tightly closed container. Additionally, do not transfer to another container to prevent misuse and maintain quality.

Food interactions

This medication should not be taken within 1 hour after consuming antacids or milk.
