Vitamin B6 is essential during pregnancy and breastfeeding, and when physical strength has decreased during or after an illness. It is also used to relieve symptoms of oral inflammation such as angular cheilitis, cheilitis, stomatitis, and glossitis, as well as skin conditions like eczema and dermatitis. Thus, vitamin B6 helps maintain overall health and alleviates inflammation of the skin and mucous membranes.

How to take

Adult dose

Adults (8 years and older): Take 1 tablet twice a day.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by individuals who have allergic reactions to this drug or any ingredients contained in it. Additionally, very young infants under 3 months of age should not use this medication. This medication contains lactose, so individuals with genetic issues such as galactose intolerance, lactase deficiency or glucose-galactose malabsorption should avoid taking this medication. It is important not to take this medication together with Levodopa. Infants under 1 year of age or individuals currently receiving treatment from a physician should consult with a doctor, dentist, or pharmacist before taking this medication. If any sensory nerve abnormalities or neurological symptoms occur while taking this medication, it should be stopped immediately and consulted with a specialist. Additionally, caution is required as taking a certain dosage or higher of vitamin B12 in a state of folate deficiency may lead to abnormalities in the blood. In case of overdose or if symptoms do not improve after about 1 month of use, stop taking this medication immediately and consult a specialist. This medication should be taken exactly as prescribed, and when administered to children, it should be done under the supervision of a guardian. When storing, keep it out of reach of children and in a cool, dry place, avoiding direct sunlight, preferably in a closed container. Finally, to prevent misuse and maintain quality, it is advised not to transfer this medication to another container.
