During the early and mid-stages of pregnancy, it should only be taken at minimal doses when necessary, and it should not be taken in the third trimester. Women who are breastfeeding are also advised not to take this medication. The elderly may have a higher risk of adverse reactions, so they should start with a small dose and use it cautiously. This medication is in an enteric-coated form, so care should be taken not to damage the enteric coating, and it is advisable not to take it together with specific alkalis.
