Relief of inflammation and pain in chronic polyarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis.
This medication is used for chronic inflammatory diseases such as chronic polyarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, and ankylosing spondylitis. It also helps relieve painful swelling and inflammation that occur after trauma or surgery. It aids in the treatment of infections accompanied by inflammation, pain, and fever. This drug is effective in improving symptoms of various inflammatory diseases.
Orally administer 300 mg of dexibuprofen once, 2 to 4 times a day. However, the total daily intake of dexibuprofen should not exceed 1,200 mg.
This medication may cause gastrointestinal bleeding when taken by individuals who regularly consume more than three drinks of alcohol daily, so it is essential to consult a doctor or pharmacist. This medication may increase the risk of cardiovascular disease, and patients with heart or vascular issues or risk factors should be particularly cautious, and should consult medical personnel if cardiovascular symptoms appear. This medication may cause serious gastrointestinal side effects such as gastrointestinal bleeding, ulcers, or perforations, so individuals with a history of gastrointestinal diseases or the elderly should be especially cautious. It should not be taken if there is a history of gastrointestinal ulcers or bleeding, severe liver or kidney disorders, severe heart failure, severe hypertension, or allergies to aspirin or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). It is advisable not to take this medication together with aspirin, other NSAIDs, or high-dose methotrexate. Patients allergic to Yellow No. 5 should take this medication with caution. During treatment, breastfeeding should be discontinued or the medication should be stopped, and caution is advised while driving or operating machinery as dizziness or fatigue may occur. Individuals with blood abnormalities, bleeding tendencies, liver or kidney disorders, hypertension, heart failure, elderly patients, or pregnant women or those planning to conceive should definitely consult medical personnel before taking this medication. If symptoms such as shock, skin rash, difficulty breathing, severe gastrointestinal symptoms, abnormal liver function, decreased kidney function, or psychiatric symptoms occur during treatment, the medication should be stopped immediately, and medical personnel should be consulted. This medication should be used at the lowest possible dose and for the shortest duration, and regular blood tests and liver and kidney function tests should be conducted for long-term use. After 20 weeks of pregnancy, it may affect fetal kidney function, so pregnant women should avoid taking it or consult with a healthcare provider. In case of overdose, even if symptoms are absent, it is advised to visit a medical institution immediately for appropriate treatment. Keep this medication out of the reach of children, store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Transferring this medication to another container can adversely affect the quality, so care should be taken.

This medication should not be taken with aspirin, other NSAIDs, or high doses (15 mg/week or more) of methotrexate used in cancer therapy. Corticosteroids, alcohol, digoxin, phenytoin, probenecid, sulfin-pyrazone, sulfonylureas, ACE inhibitors, angiotensin II receptor antagonists, diuretics, lithium, coumarin anticoagulants (such as warfarin), baclofen, immunosuppressants (cyclosporine, etc.) may interact with this medication.
This medication should be stored in a tightly closed container to avoid exposure to air or moisture. It is recommended to store it at room temperature, between 1°C and 30°C.
