Improvement of hypertension and myocardial ischemia, reduction of cardiovascular risk
This medicine is used for patients who need to administer both amlodipine and atorvastatin simultaneously. Amlodipine helps treat hypertension and myocardial ischemia caused by stable or variant angina. Additionally, it reduces the risk of hospitalization for angina in patients with coronary artery disease and the risk of vascular interventions. Atorvastatin is effective in reducing the risk of cardiovascular diseases such as myocardial infarction, stroke, and angina while improving blood cholesterol and triglyceride levels. It is particularly helpful in treating patients with primary hypercholesterolemia and dyslipidemia, as well as reducing hospitalization risks in heart failure patients. This medicine is used to treat hypertension, cardiovascular diseases, and dyslipidemia.
Amlodipine: 5 mg orally once daily; the dose may be increased to a maximum of 10 mg per day depending on the patient's response. Adjust according to symptoms. Atorvastatin: Administered 10 mg to 80 mg once daily at any time during the day, regardless of meals, with individualized dosing based on treatment goals and response. The starting dose is 10 mg once daily, and if necessary, it may be increased to 20
