Improvement of gastroesophageal reflux (acid reflux, heartburn) symptoms
This medicine effectively improves acid reflux and heartburn caused by the backflow of stomach acid, as well as indigestion symptoms that may arise when stomach contents reflux after meals, during pregnancy, or in conditions like gastroesophageal reflux disease. It helps patients experiencing discomfort due to these symptoms and is used to maintain gastrointestinal health.
Adults and children over 12 years: Take 10 to 20 mL once, 4 times a day (after meals and before bedtime).
This medicine should not be taken by individuals who have had allergic reactions to this medicine or its components. People with compromised cardiac function or kidney issues that require sodium intake restrictions should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medicine, as it contains sodium. Patients with high calcium levels in the blood or those with calcium accumulation in the kidneys or recurrent calcium-containing kidney stones should also consult a professional before taking this medicine, as it contains calcium. Children under 12 years old should generally refrain from taking this medicine unless directed by a special physician. If symptoms such as itching, difficulty breathing, or severe allergic reactions occur while taking this medicine, discontinue use immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist. Overdosage may lead to elevated blood calcium levels or side effects such as digestive disorders and constipation, so caution is advised. If symptoms do not improve after 7 days of use, consult a medical professional. In cases of excessive intake of this medicine, seek immediate treatment at a hospital, and some patients may experience abdominal bloating. This medicine is a calcium-containing antacid and may interact with other medications, so it is crucial to space out the dosage of other medications by at least 2 hours. Although no specific adverse reactions have been reported in pregnant women or fetuses when this medicine is taken during pregnancy, it is still advisable to consult a professional before use. This medicine should be stored out of reach of children, and kept in its original container to prevent misuse or deterioration in quality. After opening, it should be used within 6 months; after that, it is safer not to use it.

This medicine may interact with tetracycline, digoxin, fluoroquinolone, and iron salts, so consult a doctor or pharmacist. Additionally, caution is warranted when taken with ketoconazole, neuromuscular relaxants, thyroxine, penicillamine, beta-blockers (atenolol, metoprolol, propranolol), glucocorticoids, chloroquine, estramustine, and diphosphonates.
This medicine must be stored in a sealed container that blocks light, and the storage temperature should be maintained between 1 and 30 degrees Celsius at room temperature. It should not be stored in the refrigerator.
