How to take

Adult dose

Ages 15 years and older: 1 dose of 2 tablets, 3 times a day. Dissolve or chew in the mouth after meals or between meals.

Child dose

Ages 11 years and older to under 15 years: 1 dose of 11/3 tablets, 3 times a day. Ages 8 years and older to under 11 years: 1 dose of 1 tablet, 3 times a day. Ages 5 years and older to under 8 years: 1 dose of 2/3 tablet.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by children under 3 years of age. This medication contains lactose; therefore, patients with genetic issues such as galactose intolerance, Lapp lactase deficiency, or glucose-galactose malabsorption should not take it. Patients with kidney problems or those taking other medications should consult a doctor, dentist, or pharmacist before taking this medication. If symptoms such as constipation or diarrhea occur during use, discontinue taking it immediately and consult a professional. Also, it is important to stop taking the medication and seek advice if symptoms do not improve after about 2 weeks of use.
