This medication is effective in alleviating various pains such as fever and pain due to colds, back pain, and menstrual pain. It is also used for rheumatoid arthritis, juvenile rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis as a degenerative joint disease, and post-surgical pain. Additionally, it helps with common pains such as headaches, migraines, toothaches, muscle pain, and neuralgia, as well as a wide range of inflammatory diseases from ankylosing spondylitis, acute gout, to psoriatic arthritis. It is also used to treat non-joint rheumatic diseases, including soft tissue injury, tendinitis, tenosynovitis, and bursitis. It effectively acts on a wide range of pains and inflammatory diseases, contributing to the alleviation of patients' pain and improvement of quality of life.

Dosage and Administration

Adult dosage

1. Rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, soft tissue injuries, non-joint rheumatic diseases, acute gout, psoriatic arthritis: Administer 200-600 mg orally 3-4 times a day. This medication can increase the risk of gastrointestinal bleeding if taken by individuals who regularly consume more than three glasses of alcohol daily, so it is essential to consult a doctor or pharmacist. This medication may increase the risk of cardiovascular thromboembolism, myocardial infarction, or stroke in patients with cardiovascular diseases or risk factors, so caution is advised. Patients should carefully monitor for adverse reactions while taking this medication and be prepared to take immediate action if any unusual symptoms occur. Patients with hypertension, congestive heart failure, ischemic heart disease, peripheral arterial disease, or cerebrovascular disease should use this medication cautiously and avoid high-dose usage. This medication can cause serious gastrointestinal adverse reactions such as gastrointestinal bleeding, ulcers, and perforation, thus requiring extra caution in the elderly or those taking it long-term. Patients with a history of gastrointestinal ulcers or bleeding, severe blood disorders, liver dysfunction, kidney dysfunction, heart failure, or hypertension should not take this medication. Patients who have hypersensitivity to this drug or a history of bronchial asthma, as well as those with hypersensitivity reactions to aspirin or other NSAIDs, should avoid this medication. Women in late pregnancy should not take this medication due to the risk of early closure of the fetal ductus arteriosus. This medication should not be taken in doses exceeding the recommended amount, and it is safest to avoid taking it alongside other NSAIDs. Lactating women should discontinue breastfeeding or stop taking the medication, as it can be transferred into breast milk and cause serious side effects in infants. Patients with blood disorders or bleeding tendencies, liver cirrhosis, kidney dysfunction, heart disease, or hypertension must consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. This medication may interact with certain drugs, so patients taking ACE inhibitors, lithium, diuretics, methotrexate, anticoagulants, or SSRIs need to exercise caution. If serious symptoms such as allergic reactions, skin rashes, difficulty breathing, severe headaches, vision changes, fluctuations in blood pressure, or kidney function abnormalities occur during use, the medication should be stopped immediately, and a doctor should be consulted. This medication should be taken in the minimum effective dose for the shortest duration possible, and regular blood tests and liver function tests are required for long-term users.
