This medication should not be administered to certain patients. First, patients who have had an allergic reaction to this medication or its components, or other Pelvinac formulations, should not use this medication. Also, patients who have experienced asthma attacks when taking aspirin or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs should avoid this medication as it may trigger asthma attacks again. Patients who have developed hives or acute rhinitis due to aspirin or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs should also avoid using this medication. Patients with bronchial asthma should use this medication cautiously as it may pose a risk of asthma attacks. When using this medication, side effects like itching, redness, rash, eczema, or contact dermatitis may occur, and rarely, skin irritation or blisters may develop. If these symptoms are severe, use should be stopped immediately. This medication helps alleviate symptoms but does not treat the underlying cause of inflammation or pain, so other treatment options should be considered if root cause treatment is necessary. Using this medication on areas with skin infections may conceal the infection, so appropriate antibiotics or antifungals should be used in conjunction with careful observation of the condition in inflamed areas accompanied by infection. When using this medication for chronic conditions like degenerative arthritis, other treatment methods should be considered alongside medication therapy, and the patient's condition and occurrence of side effects should be monitored closely. In late pregnancy, this medication could cause labor complications or delays, so it is not recommended for women who are pregnant, may become pregnant, or are nursing. Safety of this medication in children has not been adequately established, so its use in children is not recommended. This medication should not be used on broken or damaged skin, mucous membranes, or areas with eczema or rash.
