Efficacy & effects

Improvement in blood pressure control for essential hypertension due to the combination of amlodipine and valsartan

  • Essential hypertension
View approved original text

Patients are being treated for essential hypertension that cannot be well controlled with either amlodipine or valsartan as monotherapy. In this case, combining the two medications can lower blood pressure more effectively. This helps dilate blood vessels and stabilize blood pressure, thereby reducing the risk of cardiovascular disease. This medication helps control blood pressure effectively, improving health.
