Precautions

This medication should be used with caution in individuals who regularly consume more than three alcoholic drinks a day, as there is a risk of gastrointestinal bleeding. Always consult a doctor or pharmacist. Do not take this medication if you have allergies to this drug or similar drugs, peptic ulcer, aspirin-induced asthma, hemophilia, severe liver disease, severe renal impairment, heart failure, a tendency to bleed, are on high-dose methotrexate, or are in the third trimester of pregnancy. Additionally, patients with kidney disease, cardiovascular abnormalities, liver disease, blood disorders, bronchial asthma, pre-operative patients, children under 3 years old, those with a history of allergies, elderly patients, those taking anticoagulants, or glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase deficiency should use this medication with caution. This medication may cause various adverse reactions including allergic reactions, skin rashes, severe skin diseases, blood disorders, gastrointestinal disturbances, neurological symptoms, liver disorders, and renal disorders. If any unusual symptoms occur, immediately stop taking the medication and consult a medical professional. This medication poses a serious risk of Reye's syndrome in children under 14 years old with chickenpox or influenza; it should only be administered cautiously when absolutely necessary, and patients should be closely monitored post-administration. While this medication helps alleviate symptoms, it is not a cure for underlying conditions. Regular check-ups are necessary when using this for chronic or acute diseases, and other treatment options should be considered. During treatment, be alert for unusual reactions, excessive lowering of body temperature, or symptoms of fatigue, especially in children with high fever, elderly patients, or those with debilitating diseases, as they need careful monitoring. Infections might be concealed; therefore, this medication should be administered carefully with appropriate antibiotics during the treatment of inflammation due to infections. The risk of bleeding may increase around surgical times, so it is crucial to inform medical professionals of any planned surgery. Overdose of this medication may lead to toxic symptoms, with severe cases causing hallucinations, seizures, coma, and respiratory failure, which can be life-threatening. This medication has antiplatelet effects, increasing the risk of bleeding. Patients with a tendency to bleed should exercise extra caution. Gout patients should be aware that this medication can decrease uric acid excretion and worsen symptoms. When taken with other nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), its effect may be reduced, or the risk of bleeding may be increased, so consult a doctor before use. During pregnancy, especially in the third trimester, this medication can have serious impacts on both the fetus and mother, thus it should not be taken, nor during breastfeeding. Elderly patients may experience adverse reactions more easily; they should start with a lower dosage and monitor their condition closely during treatment. Great care should be taken to avoid damaging the enteric coating of this medication, and it is advised not to take it with certain alkalizers. Finally, this medication should be kept out of children's reach and stored in its original container, as transferring it to another container can lead to misuse or deterioration of quality.
