How to take

Adult dose

Adjunct treatment for osteoporosis: 2 tablets (1000 IU) once daily Prevention of vitamin D deficiency diseases in healthy individuals with no absorption disorders: 1 tablet (500 IU) once daily Prevention of rickets: 1 tablet (500 IU) once daily Adults: take with a sufficient amount of water.

Precautions
