Additionally, this medicine contains lactose, so patients with hereditary issues such as galactose intolerance, Lapp lactase deficiency, or glucose-galactose malabsorption should not take this medication. Severe allergic reactions such as shock or anaphylaxis may occur while taking this medicine, so if symptoms appear, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional. White blood cell or platelet counts may decrease, so any unusual symptoms should be observed carefully. Since liver function may be affected, if the results of liver function tests show abnormalities, the medication should be discontinued. Skin allergic symptoms such as hives, rashes, and itching may occur, so it is advisable to stop taking the drug if these symptoms appear. Nervous system symptoms such as dizziness, drowsiness, or numbness may occur, so caution is needed when driving or operating machinery. Gastrointestinal symptoms such as dry mouth, constipation, abdominal distension, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, heartburn, abdominal pain, belching, and taste disturbances may occur. If liver enzyme levels increase or if fever and rash accompany, the medication should be discontinued immediately and a doctor's consultation should be sought. Blood tests may show decreased platelet counts or changes in white blood cell counts, so confirmation is needed if unusual symptoms arise. Various side effects such as mastitis, breast pain, gynecomastia, milk secretion, palpitations, fever, facial flushing, tongue numbness, coughing, breathing difficulties, hair loss, menstrual irregularities, and swelling have been reported, so consult a healthcare professional if symptoms occur. Women who are pregnant or may become pregnant should take this medication only when the benefits of treatment outweigh the risks, as its safety during pregnancy has not been established. Breastfeeding women should avoid this medication as it may be transferred into breast milk. Safety in children, especially low birth weight infants, neonates, infants, and children, has not been adequately confirmed, so caution is needed. Elderly individuals generally have decreased physiological functions, so they should be more cautious about side effects such as gastrointestinal symptoms.
