This medication is used to effectively lower the blood pressure in patients with essential hypertension whose blood pressure is not sufficiently controlled by monotherapy with amlodipine or valsartan.

How to take

Adult dose

The recommended dosage for this medication is 1 tablet once daily, taken with water regardless of meals. It is recommended to take it at the same time each day (e.g., in the morning) if possible.

Child dose

The safety and efficacy of this medication for patients under 18 years of age have not been established, and its use is not recommended.

Precautions

This medication may cause serious harm to the fetus and newborn when taken during the second and third trimesters of pregnancy, so it must be discontinued immediately upon confirmation of pregnancy. It should not be used by patients with a known allergy to this medication or those who are hypersensitive to ingredients similar to this medication. Patients with severely impaired kidney or liver function, pregnant or breastfeeding women, and those with a history of certain vascular edema should not take this medication.
