This medication helps replenish physical strength and maintain health through the supply of Vitamins E, B1, B2, B6, C, and Zinc in various situations such as physical fatigue, during pregnancy, breastfeeding, recovery from illness, and in old age. It is also effective in alleviating pain such as neuralgia, muscle pain, and joint pain, as well as symptoms of oral inflammation like angular cheilitis, cheilitis, stomatitis, and glossitis. It helps with skin inflammation conditions such as eczema and dermatitis, and is used to improve fatigue of the eyes. Thus, this medication contributes to alleviating various symptoms and maintaining healthy physical strength.
How to take
Adult dose
Take 1 to 2 tablets once daily after meals.
Child dose
Children aged 12 years and older: 1 to 2 tablets once daily after meals.
Precautions
This medication should not be taken by patients who have allergic reactions to this medication or any of its components. It should also not be administered to infants under 12 months of age, and patients with a genetic inability to digest lactose should not use it. During the intake of this medication, specific drugs such as phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline agents, antacids or levodopa should not be taken concurrently. Children under 1 year, patients undergoing medical treatment, patients with hyperoxaluria, women who are pregnant or breastfeeding, patients with gastrointestinal disorders, patients with heart or circulatory problems, patients with kidney disability, patients with hypoproteinemia, and patients with gout or kidney stones must consult with a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. If symptoms such as upper abdominal discomfort, diarrhea, constipation, rash, nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, abdominal bloating, hypotension, dermatitis, hair loss, or restlessness occur during use, discontinue use immediately and consult a specialist. If menstrual changes or prolonged bleeding occur, consultation with a specialist is also necessary, as the risk of thrombosis may increase when taken with contraceptives containing estrogen, requiring caution. Long-term high-dose use may lead to tolerance, and excessive intake of certain vitamins may cause neurological and hematological abnormalities. High-dose intake can result in exacerbation of peptic ulcers, impaired glucose tolerance, hyperuricemia, liver damage, and may also cause edema or heart-related symptoms. Caution is needed when taken with certain diuretics due to the risk of hyperkalemia, and if symptoms do not improve after excess intake or after taking for more than a month, consult a specialist. This medication may affect urine test results and can change the color of urine to yellow, so it is advisable to inform the laboratory before tests.
