Precautions

This drug works to improve blood circulation and is used in the treatment of cerebral infarction; however, it can increase heart rate, potentially leading to symptoms of angina, so careful observation is required for any symptoms such as chest pain. It should not be used in patients with a tendency to bleed or at high risk of bleeding, patients with congestive heart failure, those allergic to this drug or its ingredients, pregnant women or women who may become pregnant, and nursing mothers. Patients taking anticoagulants, antiplatelet drugs, or thrombolytics, women during menstruation, patients with coronary artery stenosis, patients with severe renal or liver dysfunction, diabetic patients, hypertensive patients, and those with certain heart diseases should use this drug carefully and monitor their conditions closely. This drug may cause serious side effects such as bleeding, decreased blood cells, interstitial pneumonia, cardiac irregularities, and liver dysfunction, so if any abnormal symptoms occur, administration should be stopped immediately, and appropriate treatment should be sought. Various side effects such as dizziness, headaches, digestive disturbances, skin rashes, and palpitations may occur, so symptoms should be monitored closely, and consultation with a physician may be necessary. Pregnant or nursing women should not use this drug, and dosage should be adjusted or used cautiously for children and the elderly based on physical function. In case of overdose, severe headaches, diarrhea, hypotension, and tachycardia may occur, and immediate medical attention should be sought for appropriate treatment.
