This medication is used for gastrointestinal symptoms such as bloating, abdominal distension, loss of appetite, indigestion, heartburn, nausea, and vomiting.

How to take

Adult dose

Children and adults aged 15 and older: 1 packet per dose, three times a day before meals

Precautions

This medicine should not be taken by patients undergoing dialysis or children under 15 years of age. It is important not to take tetracycline antibiotics during the use of this medication. Individuals with high blood pressure, older adults, those with heart or kidney issues, or those experiencing swelling must consult a doctor or pharmacist before using this medication. Additionally, those receiving medical treatment, with low phosphate levels, high magnesium levels, experiencing diarrhea, pregnant or potentially pregnant women, individuals with a history of drug allergies, and those taking other medications should also consult a professional. If allergic symptoms such as rash or itching occur while taking this medication, stop taking it immediately and consult a professional. If constipation or diarrhea occurs, or if you feel weak, experience cramps or paralysis in your arms and legs, notice a decrease in urine output, or experience swelling in the face and hands or heavy eyelids, stiffness in the hands, rising blood pressure, or headaches, stop taking it immediately and consult a doctor. If symptoms do not improve after more than 2 weeks of use, consulting a professional is also necessary. When taking this medication, be sure to follow the established dosage and administration strictly, and caution is required when taking it with potassium or licorice-containing drugs, or certain diuretics, as muscle weakness may easily occur. Additionally, taking it in large amounts with milk or calcium supplements may result in side effects such as hypercalcemia, so it is important to monitor symptoms closely and stop taking it if any issues arise. This medication should be stored out of reach of children, away from direct sunlight, in a cool, dry place, and in a sealed container. Do not transfer to another container, and do not use expired products.
