Precautions

This medication should not be used in patients with skin infections caused by bacteria, fungi, viruses, or animals. It should also not be administered to patients who have had allergies or hypersensitivity reactions to this medication or its components. Use should be avoided in patients with eczematous otitis externa with tympanic membrane perforation, and it is not recommended for patients with ulcers or severe burns. It is also advisable not to use it for scalp infections, perioral dermatitis, common acne, or specific skin disease patients. It is safe not to use this medication in children under 24 months of age. Women who are pregnant or may become pregnant, nursing mothers, children, the elderly, and patients with liver dysfunction or diabetes should exercise special caution when using this medication. If any symptoms of skin infection, rash, itching, or irritation occur during use, stop using it immediately and consult a doctor. Prolonged use or use over large areas may cause thinning or changes in the skin, so caution is necessary. This medication can be absorbed systemically and may affect hormonal functions, so regular monitoring may be necessary with prolonged use. When using near the eyes, care must be taken to prevent contact with the eyes, as it may cause increased intraocular pressure or changes in vision. If any abnormal symptoms occur, consult a specialist immediately. This medication can affect the fetus when used during pregnancy, so pregnant women must consult a physician before use. Nursing mothers should also use it for short periods and only on minimal areas, avoiding direct application to the nipples or breast. Children and the elderly are at higher risk for side effects; therefore, special care should be taken, particularly with children, as they are more prone to absorption and may experience side effects. Overuse or prolonged use of this medication can lead to symptoms of hormonal excess or adrenal insufficiency, so dosage should be gradually reduced according to the physician's instructions. Do not use it on areas other than the treatment area and wash hands thoroughly if applied to the hands. Additionally, this medication must be kept out of reach of children and stored in its original container to maintain quality. Finally, psoriasis patients should be closely monitored when using this medication for long periods or in large quantities, as skin symptoms may worsen.
