Inhibition of thrombus formation and reduction of cardiovascular risk in myocardial infarction and cerebral infarction
This medication inhibits thrombus formation in diseases where thrombus formation poses a risk, such as myocardial infarction, cerebral infarction, and unstable angina, thereby preventing symptoms. It also helps prevent thrombus formation after coronary artery bypass surgery or percutaneous coronary intervention, reducing the occurrence of complications. In high-risk patients with cardiovascular risk factors, it reduces the risk of cardiovascular complications. Through this, it protects the cardiovascular health of patients and prevents the deterioration of symptoms. Therefore, this drug is used for the inhibition of thrombus formation and prevention of cardiovascular diseases.
(Enteric-coated tablet) Adults take 1 tablet once daily with sufficient water before meals. (Enteric-coated capsule) Adults take 1 capsule once daily with sufficient water before meals.
This drug should not be taken by individuals who regularly consume more than three glasses of alcohol daily, as gastrointestinal bleeding may occur; consultation with a physician or pharmacist is essential. Patients with hypersensitivity to this drug or other salicylates, peptic ulcer, aspirin-induced asthma, hemophilia, severe liver or kidney impairment, severe heart failure, a tendency to bleed, patients on high doses of methotrexate, or pregnant women in the third trimester should not take this drug. Patients with renal impairment, cardiovascular circulation abnormalities, liver disorders, blood disorders, bronchial asthma, surgical patients, children under 3 years, those with a history of allergies, elderly patients, patients on anticoagulants, and G6PD deficiency should take this drug cautiously, especially since G6PD deficiency poses a risk of hemolytic anemia. While taking this drug, adverse reactions such as shock, anaphylaxis, asthma attacks, skin rashes, severe allergic reactions, blood disorders, gastrointestinal bleeding, peptic ulcers, liver or kidney impairment, dizziness, headaches, excitement, temporary liver damage due to elevated liver transaminases, hyperventilation, and metabolic acidosis may occur. If any unusual symptoms appear, discontinue use immediately and seek medical attention. This drug should be administered cautiously to children under 14 years with chickenpox or influenza, and regular clinical tests are required to check for abnormalities during long-term use. Children with high fever or elderly patients, and those with wasting disease should be closely monitored after administration, as infections may be concealed, warranting cautious use alongside infection treatment. Taking this drug within one week prior to surgery may increase the risk of bleeding; thus, it is crucial to consult with healthcare professionals if surgery is planned. In case of overdose, symptoms of poisoning may occur, so the specified dosage must be observed, and it is advised to consult a specialist when using for other purposes related to cardiovascular diseases. Due to its antiplatelet aggregation action, this drug may increase the risk of bleeding, so if bleeding symptoms occur, inform immediately. Patients with gout should be cautious, as reduced uric acid excretion may exacerbate symptoms. Taking this drug in combination with other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, anticoagulants, diabetes therapeutics, etc., may lead to interactions, so consultation with a physician or pharmacist is essential before use. In pregnancy, especially in the third trimester, it could pose risks to both the fetus and the mother; therefore, women who are pregnant or planning to become pregnant should avoid use or limit it to the minimum necessary duration and dosage. It is also safest not to take it while breastfeeding. Elderly patients have a higher likelihood of adverse reactions, so they should start at a low dose, monitor their condition closely, and use it cautiously. This drug should be taken with care not to damage the enteric coating and should not be taken with alkaline substances.
Hives, severe swelling (edema), difficulty breathing, asthma attacks, shock and anaphylactic symptoms, Reye's syndrome (toxic epidermal necrolysis), Stevens-Johnson syndrome, exfoliative dermatitis, aplastic anemia, anemia, leukopenia, thrombocytopenia, impaired platelet function, hemolytic anemia, gastrointestinal bleeding, peptic ulcers and perforation, liver impairment (jaundice), kidney impairment and acute renal failure, excessive bleeding tendency, severe edema accompanied by elevated blood pressure.
Erythema, itching, nasal congestion, rash, rhinitis symptoms, conjunctivitis, loss of appetite, heartburn, stomach pain, nausea, vomiting, ringing in the ears, hearing loss, dizziness, headache, excitement, temporary liver damage due to elevated liver transaminases, hyperventilation, metabolic acidosis

This drug may increase the risk of bleeding or cause renal function decrease when taken in combination with other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and salicylate preparations. Do not use with methotrexate at doses greater than 15 mg. Anticoagulants, ibuprofen, naproxen, thrombolytics, other antiplatelet agents, hemostatic agents, diabetes medications, uricosuric agents, thiazide diuretics, lithium preparations, selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors.
This drug should be stored in a tightly closed container that is well-ventilated, at room temperature between 15 to 25 degrees Celsius. Proper storage will maintain the efficacy of the medication and prevent deterioration.
