Efficacy & effects

Improvement in blood pressure control in essential hypertension with the combination of amlodipine and valsartan.

  • Essential hypertension
View approved original text

This medication helps effectively lower blood pressure in patients with essential hypertension who have difficulty controlling their blood pressure with either amlodipine or valsartan alone. The combination of the two drugs dilates blood vessels and reduces the burden on the heart, allowing for stable blood pressure management. This contributes to reducing the risk of cardiovascular complications and maintaining a healthier state. This medication is used in the treatment of essential hypertension.
