Gria Tablets (Choline Alphoscerate)

Adult dose

Administer choline alfoscerate 400 mg orally 2～3 times daily. Adjust the dose as appropriate according to symptoms.

This medication should not be used by patients who are allergic to this drug or its ingredients. Furthermore, it is advisable for women who are pregnant or may become pregnant to avoid taking this medication. Nausea may occur while taking this medication, which may be related to the dopaminergic activity in the brain; therefore, the dosage should be reduced if symptoms arise. Caution is required as it may affect the digestive system, leading to gastritis or gastrointestinal disorders. It can also affect the central nervous system, causing drowsiness, insomnia, irritability, or nervousness, and in some cases, seizures or excessive movement may occur. This medication should be stored in a safe place out of reach of children, and it is recommended to keep it in the original container, as transferring it to another container may lead to accidents or degradation of the drug's quality.
