How to take

For individuals aged 8 years and older, take 2 tablets twice a day.
Precautions
This medicine should not be taken by patients with hypercalcemia who have high calcium levels in the blood, those with sarcoidosis, a systemic inflammatory disease of unknown cause, and individuals with kidney disease. Additionally, those with allergic reactions to this medicine or its ingredients, infants under 12 months of age, patients with kidney stones, and individuals with severe renal insufficiency should avoid taking this medicine. It contains lactose, so individuals with lactose intolerance, lactase deficiency, or genetic issues such as glucose-galactose malabsorption should not take this medication. During the use of this medicine, it is advised to avoid taking phosphate, calcium, oral tetracyclines, antacids, and medications like levodopa together. Caution is particularly needed as vitamin D can be secreted into breast milk and cause hypercalcemia in newborns. Those with heart and circulatory functional disorders, kidney disorders, hypoproteinemia, and those taking cardiac glycosides, should consult a specialist before use. High doses of pyridoxine taken over long periods may lead to neurological symptoms, so caution is advised. In case of overdose, symptoms like nausea, vomiting, edema, and heart failure may occur, so it is important to adhere to the prescribed dosage and regimen. When administering to children, supervision by a guardian is necessary, and this medication may cause urine to turn yellow, which can affect clinical test results. It is advisable to avoid beverages containing tannins, such as green tea or black tea, before and after taking this medicine. Store this medication out of the reach of children and in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight in a tightly sealed container. To prevent misuse and maintain quality, do not transfer to another container.
