It is also used to treat muscle cramps caused by magnesium deficiency. Therefore, Vitamin E is distributed to improve these symptoms and conditions.

Dosage and Administration

Aged 12 years and older and adults: Twice a day, 1 capsule at a time

Precautions

This medicine should not be taken by those who have an allergic reaction to this medicine or any of its components. Babies under 12 months old or individuals with severe kidney dysfunction should also not take this medicine. Individuals with hypersensitivity or allergies to soybean oil, soybeans, or peanuts should exercise caution. It is advisable to avoid taking medications like phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline antibiotics, and antacids together while taking this medicine. Individuals with heart or circulatory diseases, kidney dysfunction, hypoalbuminemia, or lipid metabolism disorders should also seek consultation before taking it. Additionally, this medicine contains the dye Tartrazine, and individuals allergic to this substance should be cautious. If any unusual symptoms such as stomach discomfort, diarrhea, constipation, skin rashes or red spots, abnormal heart rhythms, central nervous system abnormalities, dermatitis, hair loss, or vomiting occur during use, stop taking it immediately and consult a specialist. Women should be cautious as their menstrual cycles may become shorter or bleeding may increase. Moreover, women taking oral contraceptives that contain estrogen or those at risk of thrombosis may have an increased risk of thromboembolism with Vitamin E intake. In case of overdose, symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, hypernatremia, heart failure, and edema may occur, so caution is required, and there is a risk of hyperkalemia when taken with certain diuretics. If symptoms do not improve after one month of usage, it is advisable to consult a physician. Adhere strictly to the prescribed dosage and administration, and it is recommended to avoid tea containing tannins, such as green tea or black tea, before or after taking this medicine. Patients at risk of fat overload should check their blood lipid levels and adjust the dosage if necessary. This medicine should be stored in a sealed container to prevent air or moisture exposure, away from direct sunlight, and in a cool, dry place. Furthermore, it is important not to transfer it to another container to prevent misuse and maintain quality.
