Lidoem Cream 9.6% (Lidocaine)

Adult dosage

Apply 0.25-0.66 grams (23-62 milligrams of lidocaine) as an ointment 5-15 minutes before intercourse. The dosage and application time should be adjusted according to individual circumstances, using the minimum effective amount. Do not exceed a maximum of 2 grams (184 milligrams of lidocaine) within 24 hours.

This medication should not be used in certain patients. It should not be used if you or your partner has had an allergic reaction to this medication or amide local anesthetics. Additionally, it should not be applied to areas with wounds or inflammation. It is advisable not to use this medication on a pregnant partner. Patients with liver or kidney diseases should exercise caution when using this medication. It contains propylene glycol, which should be used carefully if there is a history of allergies or hypersensitivity reactions to this ingredient. If a rash or irritation occurs during use, discontinue use immediately, and consult a doctor if symptoms persist. Additionally, it is safe not to use this medication for longer than three months without a physician's guidance. This medication is for external use only and should not be applied to the eyes or nose. Avoid spraying continuously for more than three seconds on the same area. This medication should be stored out of reach of children or infants, and must be kept away from high temperatures above 40 degrees or very cold places, and direct sunlight. Never dispose of it in fire after use.

Mild side effects

Rash, irritation

The medication should be stored in a tightly closed container to prevent air or moisture from entering. It is also advised to avoid extremely hot or cold places, and to store it at a safe temperature between 1 and 30 degrees Celsius.
