Precautions

This medication can cause serious harm to the fetus and newborn if taken during the second and third trimesters of pregnancy, so it should be discontinued immediately if pregnancy is confirmed. Do not take this medication if you are allergic to any of its ingredients, are pregnant or breastfeeding, have severe kidney or liver dysfunction, or have certain heart diseases. Patients who are sodium or volume depleted should correct this condition before taking this medication, and if hypotension occurs during use, they should be positioned flat and receive fluid treatment if necessary.
