This medication is used for the treatment of myocardial ischemia due to hypertension and stable/variant angina. It also helps reduce the risk of hospitalization due to angina and related risks of coronary artery revascularization in patients recently diagnosed with coronary heart disease through angiography, who do not have heart failure or have a cardiac output of 40% or more. Thus, it is effective in managing cardiovascular diseases and preventing complications.
