Vitamin E, B1, and B6 each help with specific health concerns. Vitamin E is used to improve blood circulation and alleviate menopausal symptoms such as shoulder and neck stiffness and numbness in hands and feet. Vitamin B1 helps with neuralgia, myalgia, arthralgia, and prevents beriberi and alleviates eye fatigue. Vitamin B6 improves skin-related symptoms such as inflammation around the mouth, stomatitis, glossitis, eczema, and dermatitis. Additionally, it is effective in relieving muscle cramps due to magnesium deficiency. Thus, this vitamin supplementation is used for physical fatigue, during pregnancy, lactation, deterioration of physical strength during and after illness, and maintenance of health in old age.
