Improvement of eczema and dermatitis (itchy skin, insect bites, etc.)
This medication is used for inflammatory skin diseases such as eczema and dermatitis, skin itching, and areas affected by insect bites.
Shake well before use, and apply an appropriate amount to the affected area (site of disease) once to three times a day. Adjust dosage appropriately as per symptoms.
This medication should not be used in patients with skin infections caused by bacteria, fungi, viruses, or animals, as symptoms may worsen. Additionally, it is important not to use this medication in patients with allergies to this drug or its components, or those with eczematous otitis externa with tympanic membrane perforation, ulcers, severe burns, perioral dermatitis, or specific skin disorders. Pregnant women, nursing mothers, children, especially infants under two years of age, and the elderly should use this medication with increased caution and consult a doctor prior to use. If skin infections occur or symptoms worsen while using this medication, use should be discontinued immediately and appropriate treatment should be sought. When used for a long time or over a wide area, there may be various side effects such as skin thinning, dermatitis, acne, and pigmentation changes, so caution is required. Due to systemic absorption that can affect hormonal functions, regular checks are necessary, especially when using occlusive dressings that seal the skin. Caution should be taken when using it around the eyes, as diseases such as glaucoma or cataracts may occur. This medication is recommended to be used only for a short period within 7 days, and use should be stopped as soon as symptoms improve. If pregnant or nursing, it should be used for the minimum possible duration and dosage, considering the risks to the fetus or infant, and it is particularly safe to avoid use on the breast area while nursing. Children and the elderly may have weaker skin or may absorb more readily, increasing the risk of side effects, hence caution is necessary during use. Overuse may lead to systemic side effects, so strict adherence to dosage and duration is required as per a doctor's instructions. This medication is not for ophthalmic use and should not be used for purposes other than treatment, such as after makeup or shaving. When using an occlusive dressing technique, it should be used under medical supervision while maintaining cleanliness, and it is advisable not to use it on the face for extended periods. Finally, it should be kept in a safe place out of reach of children.
